Our customer was running a successful retail/distribution business and leasing his
own warehouse while staffing two employees full time. As this business is seasonal and
generally has a slower 4th quarter, it turned out our customer was paying out more in
rent and salaries than what was coming in. He then reached out to us about storing his
skids and having us package his product and act as an extension of his business. We
now handle the administration, storage, inventory and packaging for him. This allows
him to focus on sales and marketing, while we take care of the operations side.

A large manufacturing plant ran into some problems with a label misprint on their
bottles. They had 37,000 bottles that had already been completed, and needed to be
replaced on a very time sensitive schedule! This is when they reached out to us to fix
this issue as they didn’t have the time nor the staff to complete this run on time. We
completed this job very quickly and efficiently, running multiple shifts, removing the
misprinted labels, relabelling the bottles and cartons so that they could deliver on time
to their customer.

A company based out of Ontario was importing their product to the port of
Vancouver, shipping it all the way back to Ontario for repackaging, then shipping all
the way back to Vancouver for distribution. After a review of their freight costs, they
contacted us and we helped to eliminate two costly steps. We accept containers on
their behalf into our Coquitlam warehouse directly from the port of Vancouver,
unload, repackage and ship directly to their customers. They are now saving freight,
labour costs and time.
